Will you be closed for the holidays?

We provide collection services Monday through Friday year-round, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. All other holidays do not affect regularly scheduled services.

What time should I put out my trash?

All trash and recycled materials must be out by 6:00 am to avoid being missed by our collection crews.

Are there any restrictions as to what I can put in my 95-gallon cart?

No batteries, hazardous materials, oils, or tires are accepted. Avoid putting dirt, sand, rock, or other heavy materials that may exceed the weight capacity of the cart. Please refer to our policies for other limitations and restrictions.

What are my options for payment on my account?

You may now pay online at It is quick, easy, and secure. If you do not already have a portal login, you may request an invitation by submitting your information using this form.

Your bill may be automatically withdrawn from your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Please sign into your portal account to add a new card or select a previously saved card to apply the auto-payment option.

You may pay by phone. Make a one-time payment over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover by calling our Customer Service Department. Beware, hold times may be long durning times of high call volumes.

Mail in your check or money order to the address listed below. Please include your account number as provided on your invoice when mailing your checks or money orders to expedite the process of applying the payment to your account.

For historical reference of information on your account prior to November 2023, you may log into our legacy customer portal at Please keep in mind that this site is for historical reference only and no payment information will convey to your current account or services. This site’s functionality is very limited.

What is your refund policy?

Upon return of all Tiger carts, we will provide a refund by check or credit card for any unused full months of service. We do not refund partial months of service.

Can I use a residential garbage container that belonged to my previous service provider?

If you have a cart with a competitor’s logo on it, our drivers and helpers will not service it. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the cart to the proper owner if they want it back. Please refer to our policies for other limitations and restrictions.

Can I use my own personal trash can?

Most residents find that one (1) 95-gallon Tiger-provided cart will meet their individual and family needs. If this is insufficient to your needs, we offer additional Tiger carts and a-la-carte bulk pick-up services. Please contact us for additional information.
